Martin Huelin

Chiropodist and Podiatrist

Providing private professional chiropody services for over 30 years

Treatments

I am trained in all aspects of the diagnosis and management of foot problems and work with people of all ages

Treatments include the following:

Chiropodists/podiatrists play a particularly important role in helping older people to stay mobile and independent. A routine chiropody appointment will include treatment for nails, hard skin, corns and advice on foot health management.

Diabetic foot checks can be undertaken and will include treatment and advice to emphasise the importance of good foot care. In-growing toenails can be dealt with promptly by minor surgical techniques under local anaesthetic if required.

A biomechanical assessment can be undertaken for foot-related problems causing pain in other parts of the body, such as the lower back, hip and knee joints. These symptoms can be alleviated with customised insoles (orthotics).
